CAVENDISH BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES NEW MULTI-YEAR  PARTNERSHIP WITH BELL

Celebrating its 10th year, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival is thrilled to announce Bell as the festival’s new title partner. The Cavendish Beach Music Festival presented by Bell also announced that a fourth night will be added on Monday, July 9th featuring multi-platinum selling international superstar Shawn Mendes, the winner of the People’s Choice Award for “Favourite Breakout Artist” and the JUNO “Fan Choice Award”. Mendes has achieved two #1 Billboard album debuts, two platinum albums and seven consecutive platinum and multi-platinum singles.
In addition to the three-year title partnership with Atlantic Canada’s largest multi-day outdoor music festival, Bell will also sponsor the festival’s Main Stage. Bell Media has been named the festival’s exclusive media partner.

Who will be playing at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival in 2018?

The blockbuster anniversary announcement revealed a total of seventeen more world-class artists that are heading to Cavendish Beach this July. Headliners Chris Young, Brett Eldredge, and Dallas Smith will join previously announced headliner Luke Bryan to close out Friday and Saturday nights. Even more artists were announced for the Bell Main Stage including Dan + Shay, Terri Clark, Chase Rice, Granger Smith, The Road HammersJames Barker Band, Meghan Patrick, Lindsay Ell and Petric. Additional performers for July 9th will include Lauv, Broods and Cashmere Cat. Many more artists are to be announced in the coming weeks for every night of the festival.

Celebrating 10 Years

Over the past 10 years, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival has grown to become Atlantic Canada’s largest multi-day outdoor music festival, attracting over 60,000 visitors a year to see some of the hottest names in country music. Past performers have included, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Eric Church, Steve Earle, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, Hunter Hayes, Brantley Gilbert, Rascal Flatts, Zac Brown Band and country legends Ricky Skaggs, Alabama and Reba. Nominated for the 2017 Canadian Country Music Association and East Coast Music Association Festival / Event of the Year.

Weekend passes for the festival start at $169.50 + taxes and service fees. Single day passes (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and the new 4-day weekend pass will be on sale Friday, February 16at 10:00 a.m. (AST) at www.cavendishbeachmusic.com.
