HELLO! Canada, the No. 1 Canadian magazine on newsstands and Canada’s celebrity authority, today unveiled its Most Beautiful 2013 in a special 124-page double issue.
Gracing the cover of HELLO! Canada’s Most Beautiful 2013 issue is Napanee, Ont., native Avril Lavigne.
