Chinese New Year is on January 23rd and is the most important traditional Chinese holidays! Also known as the Spring Festival, VH is celebrating the Year of the Dragon in a big way with families across Canada. Think BIG – big taste, colourful dishes, and family fun decorations in red and gold.
I like to add a little variety at home and on the 23rd, I have decided to prepare a wonderful VH Dish to celebrate the New Year along with VH. Keeping with my healthy approach to eating, I’ve decided to prepare Steamed Cod with Gingered Tomatoes. Ginger is a wonderful component for health and wellness and the VH sauce is just enough to make a bland meal taste great!
