From the steps of the Avon Theatre in Stratford to an appearance on ABC’s the View, promotion of Justin Bieber’s new album, Believe, is in full swing.
Earlier this week, The Biebs cozied up, on the infamous female laden couch, with Barbara Walters and asked her, “Are you in love with me Barbara?” Seriously, I don’t know who to be more jealous of!!
Over the weekend, Bieber performed at Toronto’s MMVAS and returned to his old stomping steps of the Avon Theatre in Stratford providing his fans with an impromptu acoustic performance.
I attended a dinner last night and spoke with a fellow Stratfordian who grew up with Bieber. He claimed that years ago, Bieber was in everyone’s face singing his rendition of Chris Brown songs on the bus.
“He just wouldn’t stop getting in people’s faces. It drove everyone nuts!”, says the non-beliber.
This young Stratford resident was none too impressed with his cockiness of the past but respects the act of kindness displayed by Bieber in his hometown this weekend.
I guess his brazen attitude of yore speaks volumes today as he swaggers his way into the hearts of Barbara Walters, Selena Gomez, and millions of teen girl Belibers.
