The first Canadian Young Artist Film Festival will take place in Vancouver on Saturday November 10, 2012 at the new Capilano University Bosa Theatre from 5-9pm. The film submission deadline is October 20, 2012. CYAFF provides an opportunity to celebrate the very best in young Canadian Screen talent. The festival hopes to work in conjunction with the many acting schools, TV channels, film production companies and others across the country as they seek to identify and provide a platform for the very best in Canadian screen and acting talent from ages 0-18 to show the world what they are capable of.
Anyone can submit a movie for the cost of 25 dollars. To be eligible for inclusion, film submissions must contain a lead or supporting role performed by an Actor who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and 18 years or younger as of January 1, 2012.
