Mick Fleetwood Spends Sunday Afternoon At Morrison Hotel Gallery in NYC

For all of us photographers, receiving accolades for our work is all but a dream come true.  I can only imagine the euphoria when and if my day comes where an International musician visits a gallery where my photos reside.  We all can dream a little dream right?

Mick Fleetwood is an avid fan of music photography. During his trip to the Big Apple – Fleetwood Mac was honored with the Person of the Year award at MusiCares event in NYC last night – Fleetwood spent his Sunday afternoon with good friend, Morrison Hotel Gallery co-owner and founder, Peter Blachley.

This was Fleetwood’s first visit to the gallery’s NYC location, and he and Blachley spent time talking, laughing and sharing stories while looking at some of the gallery’s immense collection of archives from over 125 photographers. The long-time friendship between Fleetwood and Blachley brought Morrison Hotel Gallery to Fleetwood’s General Store in Maui, Hawaii, where a third gallery location opened in June of 2016, after the ones in NYC and Los Angeles.
