Kudos to Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise as they put the happiness of their daughter first by peacefully resolving the fine print of their divorce. After Holmes apparently blindsided Cruise last month by filing for a divorce in NYC,  the divorce settlement has been finalized.

Holmes has ultimately gained full custody of Suri Cruise and will reside in their new 3 bedroom condo in New York City.   Tom will have liberal access to their little cherub.

It’s evident that a steel-clad prenuptial agreement, both parties agreeing that the divorce was inevitable, and most of all, lots of love for their daughter played a role in the quickie settlement.

Thumbs up to the couple for choosing not putting poor Suri through the wringer! ….so his brain wasn’t taken over by aliens yet.
