Our favorite fashion wear Lazypants presented its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2013 Collection on Thursday April, 4,2013 at Kultura Toronto. Lazypants new design direction starts with one of the season’s hottest trends: neon! Terry Lazypants with matching hoodies are now available in neon yellow, green, pink and orange. French Fleece Original Fit Lazypants with pockets come in red, purple, blue, gray and black. They also have matching French Fleece hoodies. The Original Lazypants is taken to the next level with stone wash, colour tie dye, black and white tie dye and galaxy. With summer just around the corner there are now shorts with pockets made of the Original Lazypants material. These shorts are only available in burgundy and blue but there is also French Fleece shorts with pockets that come in red, blue, black and gray.
The demand from customers for more than just a comfortable and cozy pant has been answered. The brand’s President and Creative Director, Adam Bledin couldn’t be happier with the reaction saying quote “we have successfully expanded into new colours, washes and fabrics. The real highlight of this collection for me is the neon and tie dyes. At the end of the day I am satisfied when the customer replies so well to the product, especially since they realize you do not need to spend outrageous amounts of money to be comfortable”. Adam Bledin wants the Lazypants lifestyle to represent more than the act of being lazy, encouraging fans of the brand by saying quote “people have so much on their plate everyday so it was very important for me to create a product they could enjoy when they are doing nothing. However, I want people to wear their Lazypants no matter what they are doing, because as I have come to learn people do ‘lazy’ in their own way. And at the end of the day it is about having the luxury of doing what you want to do and enjoying yourself.”
The night would not have been a success without the generous support of Lazypants amazing sponsors: Amsterdam 416 Beer, DJ Justin Barkie, Flasharilla, Goodlife Health Centre, Kultura, Magen Boys, SkinnyGirl, smartwater, The Sweetest Tart, Uber and vitaminwater.
