McCain Foods (Canada) launched new recipes for its McCain Deep ‘n Delicious cakes that are now made with better ingredients as part of the company’s McCain It’s All Good™ commitment to make foods with real ingredients like you’d find in your own kitchen. To complement the re-launch of the classic and iconic Chocolate, Marble and Vanilla flavours, the company has also unveiled two new McCain Deep ‘n Delicious cakes – Carrot and Apple Caramel, which are made with real cream cheese icing.
Tori Spelling, New York Times Best Selling Author, reality TV star and mom of four, was in Toronto to celebrate the launch of the new McCain Deep ‘n Delicious cakes.
“I love cake!” said Spelling, who just released her latest book, celebraTORI: Unleashing Your Inner Party Planner to Entertain Friends and Family. “When I first tried the new McCain Deep ‘n Delicious cakes I fell in love with the Carrot cake and the kids did too!”
“What I also love, is that McCain was able to create new recipes that feature the same irresistible icing families love but now with better ingredients that are pronounceable and recognizable,” adds Spelling.

This summer, McCain is also launching three new Deep ‘n Delicious cream pies: Cookies & Cream, Double Chocolate and Coconut Cream. McCain Deep ‘n Delicious cakes are available at major grocery store chains across Canada and retail for$4.99 – $5.99 each.
