“SHE’S MY RELIGION” FOUND ON COOPERS ALBUM COMING LATER THIS YEAR

Breakout country-rocker Devin Cooper is wearing his heart on his sleeve with his first release of the year, “She’s My Religion.” A hopeless romantic at the core, Cooper’s new track is inspired by his own love for his partner and the strength of the relationships he has been lucky to grow up surrounded by. Today’s release is sure to be at the top of everyone’s playlist this Valentine’s Day.

Written by Cooper and Chris Yurchuck (ANNIKA, Brett Kissel, and The Prairie States), the song came easily to the pair as they caught up on life while together in a home studio in Nashville. Showcasing Cooper’s 10+ years of songwriting experience, the new track delivers lyrics of admiration and faithfulness that will resonate with listeners who have ever had a profound love.

“I wrote this song thinking about the state of the world right now, and how it can be hard to find something to believe in,” said Cooper on the inspiration behind the song. “I was reflecting on what keeps me grounded and no one does that more than my partner. She’s what I believe in, and I know she believes in me. And so came this love song thanking a partner for keeping you going no matter what is happening.”

With the heartfelt release out today Cooper has perfected his southern-rock sound, seamlessly blending his traditional country storytelling with southern rock guitar licks. “She’s My Religion” is poised to become the love song of the season and will be on Cooper’s album coming later this year. Cooper has finely tuned his craft over the years, and is excited for fans to see his artistic growth in this thoughtfully curated collection of new songs.
